Whois-Scanner
Whois-Scanner is a simple
script which runs on your webserver. It monitors
a list of domains, queries a whois-database and
sends you an email whenever a domain you're interested
in becomes available.
Whois-Scanner is a command line tool, so
make sure you've got Telnet or SSH access to your
server. You can configure Whois-Scanner
to run automatically every night so you don't
have to check the domains manually.
Whois-Scanner is a Perl script designed
to run on Unix/Linux servers. You'll need to make
sure your hosting company supports cron-jobs if
you want the script to run automatically every
night. |
